Our most economical product, Economy Service provides for reliable and economical movement of goods for all types of shipments with less pressing timelines. Your shipments will move safely and securely, with just a little bit extra time. Included in this service group is the movement of ATVs, Snowmobiles and Outboard Motors due to their size and additional handling requirements.

Standard Service is our most popular product across the network. Many commercial shipments move under this service level with prompt delivery times for important, but not critical shipments. Personal shippers also use this product for its reliable, economical service.

Shipments moving under our Priority Product are those that need to arrive as quickly as possible and must move without delay. Priority is our fastest level of service with often same or next day movement wherever possible. Urgently required equipment, parts, specialized food products or vessel replenishments typically move under this service level.

 When critical documents and small parts under 2kg need to be shipped securely and quickly, our Envelope Service ensures these shipments are prioritized on the first departing flight. If delivery upon receipt is required, we can make these arrangements as well for you.

This specialized product provides for the movement of those goods which require temperature controls wherever possible. Goods, including fresh and frozen foods, live plants, and those susceptible to temperature extremes such as electronics fall into this category. These shipments are prioritized for movement to ensure their quality and integrity and held in temperature controlled environments while in our warehouse custody.

  • Girl in a jacketTEMP CLR - Under this category, cooler storage is provided in all our larger warehouses, and in transit stations to ensure these goods arrive in optimal condition.

  • Girl in a jacket TEMP FRZ - Similar with TEMP CLR, freezer storage is provided in all our larger warehouses, and in transit stations to ensure product remains frozen during transport. During seasonal periods of high temperatures, it is recommended for products to be packaged in such a manner to minimalize external temperature exposure.
  • Girl in a jacket TEMP NO FRZ - Goods classified as TEMP NO FRZ are those which cannot be frozen. Certain alcoholic beverages and sensitive electronics fall under this category. These goods require temperature control, but to protect them from temperature extremes as opposed to a specific temperature range.​

Our comprehensive pharmaceutical product provides for specialized handling of all pharmaceutical goods. These shipments need to move quickly and safely and be maintained in temperature-controlled environments whenever possible. We provide Chain of Custody documentation throughout the journey, and Proof of Delivery provide additional security and accountability.

 Goods including carvings, tobacco, currency, cannabis, and other valuables require additional levels of security. Our Secure product provides for Chain of Signature documentation, Proof of Delivery, and additional security personnel provide additional security and accountability as required. We understand the importance of country food, and appreciate the special handling required for these valuable shipments. As with our Temperature-Controlled product, these perishable foods need to move quickly, be in temperature-controlled environments whenever possible, and receive special handling to ensure that quality is maintained.
