Registered Users can carry out the following functions through My Cargo Menu:
This link will enable registered users to generate air waybills.
Features / How to:
• Enter drop off and pick up locations/stations for shipments.
• Enter sender and receiver details.
• Select appropriate method of payment.
• Specify shipment contents and special instructions.
• Select service level.
• View estimate.
• Create an AWB.
• Download or print AWB.
Registered user can view their list of air waybills, which can be filtered by a customized date range. Manage air waybill will also provide you option to void an air waybill, copy to a new air waybill, and print rated/non-rated air waybills and shipping labels.

•Filter air waybills by date, origin, destination, shipper name, Receiver name or waybill number.
•Clicking on the hamburger menu to the left of each air waybill number will allow users to:
View AWB details.
Print AWB.
Print cargo label.
Track and Trace.
Copy waybill.
Void waybills.
Authorized users can maintain an address book of their shipping contacts. Users can assign preferred station and method of payment to each contact. A default shipper and
receiver can also be set through this option. If no default receiver and shipper are selected, the user’s credentials will be used to populate the default shipper.

•Store and manage sender and receiver addresses.
•Add, edit, or delete contact information.
•Use saved addresses for quicker shipment bookings.
•Assign preferred station and method of payment.
•Filter contacts by name, preferred station, city, province, MOP, email or whether the contact is a shipper or receiver.
•At the bottom left side of the page, the user will have the option to:
Add a new contact.
Export the list of contacts.
Import a contact list. The template for import of address book is here. In this template, the first name /last name and /or the company name is mandatory.
A phone number (cell phone or work phone) is also mandatory.
•Clicking on the hamburger menu allows users to:
Edit Contact details.
Delete contacts.
Use a specific contact as a default shipper / default receiver.
Registered users can access reports for their account.

Moved goods report.
Inventory- waiting to be shipped.
Corporate rate/discount list reports.
Registered users can access pending AWBs and invoiced transactions for their account.

•Filter invoices by date, origin, destination, or account number.
•Clicking on the hamburger menu for Pending AWBs allows the user to:
Email AWB copy.
Print AWB copy.

View details of the invoice.
Email a copy of invoice.
Print invoice.
Users can enter their Canadian North air waybill number for shipment tracking. Only one air waybill may be tracked at a time.

Registered and unregistered users will receive a quote for their shipment. Registered users can convert the quote to an air waybill.

Portal allows the corporate administrator to manage their team, add a user, assign them different methods of payment, and suspend or reactivate user accounts.
